Award-winning real estate team celebrates 30 fabulous years – and still going strong

Time flies when you’re having fun, just ask award-winning real estate team Clarke McIvor. They’re celebrating 30 fabulous years, scooping industry accolades, welcoming new team members and gearing up for Pink October.

‘It’s been a marvellous journey,’ said Terry Clarke, ‘and we feel honoured to have served people in the Bendigo region for such a long time.’

Clarke McIvor Real Estate is a family business with Terry Clarke, Danny Clarke and Jacinta McIvor working alongside a dynamic team. They are highly-respected agents with a lifetime of experience and a thorough understanding of the local property market.

In March 2009, Clarke-McIvor joined forces with Professionals, scooping an unprecedented number of awards during their first year. This year, the trophy case is fit to burst with four recent awards including Top Listing & Settled Sales plus Office Marketing – for the entire Eastern seaboard.

Danny Clarke says the Professionals group are an exciting brand to be aligned with from both a business and personal perspective.

‘Professionals support their members with high ethical standards, ongoing industry training and community-based involvement. These values sit well with our own principles and beliefs,’ said Danny.

The Professionals group has formed a Diamond Partnership with the National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise money for vital research. Jacinta from Professionals Bendigo is a tireless fundraiser for this most worthy cause.

“We’ll be donating a portion of every home sale to the foundation, along with money raised from Girls Night In and our Cupcake Day, to be held in our office on Friday 22^nd October. Join us for morning tea and meet our new team members.’

Professionals Bendigo welcomes John Sutton and Sarah Phillips to the team. John has 17 years experience in property sales and Sara brings expert knowledge to her role as Property Manager.

We congratulate Professionals Bendigo on a long and successful service, wishing you many more years – and cupcakes – to come.

MOTHERS DAY CLASSIC

A big thank you to all those who joined the Professionals team again this year for our second Mothers Day Classic entry on Sunday 8th May, held at the Strathdale Park, Reservoir Rd, raising money for Breast Cancer reasearch. It was a great success with so many choosing to spend their morning participating in the 4km or 8km run or walk with family, friends and colleagues. A fun time was had by all.

Professionals take our social responsibilities within the community very seriously. We care for our members, our clients and the wider community as they are as much a part of our lives as we are a part of theirs. Professionals across Australia have committed to the National Breast Cancer Foundation to raise $500,000 nationally per annum.Over the years we have raised much needed funds for the people at the NBCF, thanks to donations from the public, a portion of each sale from every office, and the fantastic staff that work within our organisation. Professionals will continue to build the special relationship we have with the NBCF until a cure can be found for this deadly disease.

The National Breast Cancer Foundation strives to fund the latest research into developing a cure for breast cancer. Professionals and the NBCF have formed a Diamond Partnership, with a financial fundraising commitment being pledged annually. Right across Australia fundraising continues throughout the year with charity events and auctions at both a national and local office level.
